Shirley's NEW Monthly Message from Alfie. A month for special weddings!

Weddings, as Alfie knows, are very special occasions. Most especially if you are going to be a page and follow the bride up the aisle of the church, as Alfie did for Mum’s friend, Lynn. On that day Lynn looked just like a princess in a fairy tale. There was rather a difficult moment when Annie Rose joined in and walked up the aisle with the bridesmaids, but she did it quite well and didn’t make a fuss (thank goodness).

Alfie thought that the best part was the reception afterwards, and the big cake. But weddings can be tiring occasions with so many grown-ups chatting, and he would not want to be a page too often. Annie Rose loved it, and has been playing at pretend weddings ever since.
