“Alfie’s special friend is his elephant Flumbo. He was knitted by an old lady and he is nearly as old as Alfie. One terrible day some moths were found living in Flumbo’s inside stuffing. He had to be unpicked and re-stuffed, but he is feeling ever so much better (and much younger) now.”
